Terms of Service

The assistant collects the details of your booking request (service, branch, preferred day and time, and for physiotherapy the condition you describe) and passes them to the business you messaged. It may propose available time slots and send appointment reminders. It is a booking channel — not a medical advice service, and nothing it sends constitutes medical advice.

A request you send is not a confirmed appointment. Bookings become binding only when confirmed by the business — by the assistant on the business's behalf or by its staff. Cancellations and rescheduling follow the policy of the business you booked with.

• Use the assistant only to make and manage genuine bookings
• Don't send abusive, unlawful, or deliberately misleading content
• Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the service

The business may stop responding to, or block, numbers that misuse the channel.

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy, and you can request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions. Messaging the assistant also involves WhatsApp, whose own terms apply to your use of WhatsApp itself.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the assistant — including missed or mis-scheduled appointments caused by inaccurate information in a request, or by WhatsApp delivery delays outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the assistant after a change means you accept the update.
