Data Deletion Instructions
Effective August 30, 2026
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you — your booking requests, message history, and any stored voice notes — at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.
1. How to request deletion
Ask us directly:
- WhatsApp — message the same business number you contacted and ask for your data to be deleted.
However you reach us, a member of staff reads your message and records the request against your record; an administrator then carries out the deletion. No account or login is needed — your WhatsApp phone number is the only identifier we use to find your data.
2. What gets deleted
- Your booking requests and their message history
- Stored voice-note audio, if any is still within its retention window
- Your name and phone number as held in our systems (Meta / WhatsApp retains its own copy of your chats under WhatsApp's privacy policy)
Nothing about you is held back from our systems: the deletion removes your whole record with the business, completed appointments included. We keep no summary, no anonymized copy, and no exception of our own. All that survives is our internal note that a deletion was asked for and when it was carried out, which no longer says who asked.
3. When
Once a member of staff has recorded your request, the deletion is carried out within 30 days. Voice audio is additionally deleted automatically by a scheduled job when its retention window (90 days by default) expires, whether or not you ask.
4. More detail
Our Privacy Policy describes everything we collect and how long we keep it.
